Granting of bail and acceptance of surety are two different things and are done at two different stages. The High Court or the Court of Sessions may grant bail and direct the court where the case is pending to accept bail bond and surety. It is the court accepting the bail bond and surety who is concerned about the sufficiency of the same and not the court which granted bail. Of course sometimes both the courts i.e. which granted bail and which accepted surety are the same.
